Key Founders

Mr. John Bonaventura (45), Chief Executive Officer, Secretary / Treasurer and Chairman of the Board, founder of Energy Ventures Organization, Inc., a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), and a former Nevada State Assemblyman. John has also worked for the US Department of Justice and the US Department of Treasury. As a state Legislator and a member of , the Committee to Review Present Efforts to conserve and Develop Energy Resources in Nevada, (SCR 35) he developed, sponsored and passed into law many changes concerning clean energy in Nevada, including, State of Nevada Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 65, which Mr. Bonaventura introduced. Mr. Bonaventura also created the establishment of a Nevada Securities Exchange law, A.B 494 (Chapter 579), which became effective October 1, 1993. The new law was designed to create jobs by attracting smaller new developing companies to Nevada.  This enabling legislation is now governed by the Nevada Secretary of State, Securities Division.  Mr. Bonaventura also served on the Commerce Committee, Judiciary Committee, and Labor and Management Committee of the Nevada State Legislature and he was strategic in the development of legislation in the areas of nuclear oversight and alternative energy, including Peak Power and Pump Storage, as well as solar, wind and geothermal. From there, Mr. Bonaventura, has maintained an avid and active interest in a plethora of energy issues stemming from his work in the Nevada State Legislature to his work with New Energy Co., LLC. as Executive Director of Capital Management Operations for Powder River Basin properties in Sheridan, Wyoming. Which ultimately led to the creation of Energy Ventures Organization. Notably, John was a member of the Nevada Legislative Interim Committee to Review Present Efforts to Conserve and Develop Energy Resources (SCR 35).  John was instrumental in recognizing US Senator Harry Reid for his federal work on alternative energies and for his efforts to promote alternative uses for the Nevada Test Site.  In addition, Mr. John Bonaventura has pursued various areas of interest as an independent businessman in the area of technology and services, including building a successful Internet Service Provider (PrimeServer.net).  Mr. Bonaventura has also served as Business Development Officer and Director of Franchise Development for several financial institutions around the country, including Franchise Development as a Consultant with Fran Corp.  John is an active and visible member of the community and has led several community, service and affinity groups, including lobbying efforts which created landmark legislation for the Nevada Well Owners Association saving its members over 200 million dollars in hook-up fees. Mr. Bonaventura was instrumental in setting up a $300,000,000 fund for the Nevada Well Owners "Well Fund" by working closely with the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) and the Nevada Division of Water Resources (NDWR) (Nevada State Engineer).  Mr. John Bonaventura is the Nephew of the famous recently retired Judge, Joseph T. Bonaventure and he is the cousin of current sitting Judge, Joe M. Bonaventure (the Judge in the Las Vegas 2007 O. J. Simpson Case)  Mr. Bonaventura is currently working to promote "zero pollution energy solutions".

Mr. Conrad Vergara President and Member of the Board of Directors, Las Vegas, Nevada. March 6, 2004, Mr. Vergara (48) comes to us from the islands of Hawaii, born and raised in Honolulu, where he served 18 years in the Federal Fire Department at Pearl Harbor Naval Station as a professional Fire Fighter / Emt and Hazardous Material Technician / Search and Rescue Team Member. Mr. Vergara served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Firefighter and is currently working for the United States Department of Defense (DOD) at CREECH, A.F.B. in Nevada. Mr. Vergara is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a degree in Fire Science, Mr. Vergara’s credentials include various accreditations and certificates, which include Hazardous Material Technician - Reference / Research, Fire Inspector, Fire Instructor, Search and Rescue Team, and  Incident Commander. Mr. Vergara is renowned for his completed research on Gaseous and Liquefied Hydrogen Systems and is currently working with the National Fire Protection Assocation (N.F.P.A.) on Gaseous and Liquefied Hydrogen Systems at Consumer Sites, along with other zero emissions project issues including hydrogen power production and storage. Energy Ventures Organization is proud to have Mr. Conrad Vergara on the Energy Ventures Organization team. Mr. Vergara serves as New Projects - Research and Development Director, Safety and Hazardous Material Officer, and a Member of the Board of Directors as well as Solar Projects Coordinator. We are confident that Mr. Vergara will ensure that, all our new technology is safe and meets government regulations and safety standards. With his outstanding record, knowledge, spirit of “Aloha”, and as a team player, Mr. Vergara is a valuable asset to Energy Ventures Organization, Inc., as we build to ensure our future using "zero pollution energy solutions" .
